No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on any Online Orders and/or Sale Items

Our returns process is as follows:

  • Our refunds and returns are strictly valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • In order to begin the return process, please send us an email on nboptometrist@gmail.com. Please do not send your purchased product back to the manufacturer as they will not process your refund and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.
  • To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for the booking and cost of the parcel to be couriered back to us. If you are returning high-value items, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and after inspection, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claims if the product has been damaged, is missing any parts or not in its original condition.
  • For the refund, the condition of the product has to meet the manufacturer’s standards.
  • The patient will get a store credit to the value of the product less the courier charges on a free shipping purchase if it meets the criteria for a refund.

Please ensure that the colour and size are ordered correctly, as no refunds will be applicable on incorrect orders.

All refunds that pass the requirements will be processed as store credit.

Store credit can be used for any product to the value of or more than the value of the credit amount.

  • If the product chosen is of a higher value than the credit from the return, a top up will be applicable (by cash or card)
  • And, if the value of the new product is less than the value of the credit, the balance will remain as a credit at the store.
